Dont understand why people rate it low when this app is AWESOME. My daughter cant get enough of it. Perfect to store all my collection ?????????????Great

Have been trying to update my movie with no success. Says it is unable to process the request. That and it gets annoying because not all DVDs have the disk to digital ability.... have just noticed it being wrestling DVDs and Disney.

This is a great app, so your probably wondering why I gave it 2 star. For the slim chance they actually look at reviews I would hope they see this one. That being said i couldnt give it 5 stars for one major reason which is offline play. You can download movies or tv shows easily, the only problem is the app wont load if cellular data is turned off or in airplane mode making the feature somewhat useless. Ive been getting around it by turning my data on playing the tv show and then turning data back off for the app. Which is fine for right now but if one was on an airplane there would be no way around this problem.

Fix the "location must match billing address" thing with disc to digital please.

Location services can work. The app was giving message about not being at billing address so I walked outside and ran Apple Maps to confirm it was correctly geo-locating me. Upon going back in house, the app worked perfectly.

Would like to be able to see which movies are available in HD and DOLBY VISION.

Used to be able to rent movies and watch on the app. No longer. Some titles it will let you purchase on the app, some you get a message that in app purchases arent allowed! This app is now a mess just like most Walmart stores that own it.

The app only shows TV shows as SD, despite owning HDX. Also, the TiVo app you claim is so great disconnects all of the time, despite having a great internet connection that streams HD content with no problem. In fact, the iOS app streaming to an Apple TV works fine. Please fix these problems! :)

I have no issue with the app, and I dont mind buying or renting content from a Web browser prior to viewing in the app. However, their website is so mobile-unfriendly that it is a chore to go through the process of renting or buying from them. So I tend not to get from Vudu, and to simply get my content from Amazon or Apple. Ease of use counts. Someone needs to tell Vudu that (oh, I just did).

I use vudu with Ultraviolet on Android, iOS, windows and a TV. Not sure why IOS will not let me buy movies, but I think it is my apple account that causes that, not vudu. I can still buy with android and windows, and add to ultraviolet. Plays all my movies. Lets me download movies and play offline. I was not able to use it in Guatemala, for what I expect are copyright reasons. It is free, and the movie player I use most.

Why cant I redeem my digital codes on my iPhone? I rarely use a computer anymore. Sure would be helpful.

This is the most useless service EVER. Its impossible to ChromeCast without the video constantly freezing. The picture quality IS NOT blu ray quality. Its somewhere in between DVD and blu ray. 98% of the free content is unwatchable garbage. iTunes for your media is WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY better. iTunes isnt all that great, so for Vudu to be worse, its almost like they had to try and make it worse. Its funny how small video companies can get their apps so right and large media companies get them so utterly wrong. Its like the big companies dont want their apps to be good for some reason.

When ever I try to scan one of mine it doesnt work it keeps saying valid disc it doesnt work

Nothing like sitting in my living room trying to scan barcodes and the app tells me that my location must match my billing address which is exactly where Im sitting. Not sure which 2nd rate mapping program youre using, but I suggest a change. Would be nice if the app actually told me where or what the address that its reading was. Or at least allow corrections. All the maps I use on my phone show my correct location that matches my billing address.

Only gives an option but a blu ray from wal mart when it clearly says it is available to rent. What a joke!

i dont get it ? In this update, vudu numbers dont work even on new in box unopened, unexpired codes i buy at wal-mart. Also the movie choice dropdown may not have your title. does not work in my ipad 1 anymore but itunes movies still work fine.

1. Please provide in-app purchases. 2. TV shows only playback as SD. I own the HDX versions! 3. Please finish the Apple TV app, already. 4. This is solely Vudu related, but please update your TiVo app! It disconnects all of the time, and my wifi is more than fast enough, and no other HD streaming app has this problem. What are your developers doing? Its time to fix the bugs in your apps!

Never freezes. Allows me to sort by ratings to keep my kids from seeing violence. If youre going overseas download them to your device and then watch them offline, certain countries will restrict you otherwise. This is not an app problem, but international law. Probably the most used app in my home aside from Netflix and ToyBlast - stupid game.
