I cant remember the last time I was able to watch a movie using Vudu on my phone. Every time I try, it says "Network Error." I cant download movies and watch offline either. Not quite sure what "network error" is, but Ive checked settings and everything is as it should be. Im very disappointed and, quite frankly, angry to have spent money on movies I cant even watch on the go.

Current app will not let me stream on my iPad. Works fine on iPhone, but I bought this iPad for streaming. Only previews work. Cannot watch movies or shows in hdx or SD.

I cannot download movies to watch offline, and the GPS will not enable so I can use the "disc to digital" feature. This app is broken, so please fix or you will lose a very loyal customer! Was this app just given up on? I wouldnt even rate this if it wasnt mandatory to write and tell you how crappy this is

Hi..please make it possible for closed captioning. There are lots of people who really need this option. Also work on your app for iPads. You could really have a great thing going here.

When reading all of these 1-2 stars because people cant watch in airplane mode, what in the hell are you doing wrong...???? I just downloaded 4 movies on 8.4.17 and then turned iPad on airplane mode and all of them played with zero issue! ??? Test it before you leave your house people these are unfair attacks.

I have the latest version of all the software and I still cant download any of my movies on my iPad. Its so frustrating. I am going to have to switch my digital provider if I cant get offline access to any of my movies.

Used to download movies and tv shows to watch while on vacation. Wont download at all, constant error messages. We own hundreds of movies on Vudu...... Basically useless..... Please fix!!

There is no reason a movie I waited an hour to download should buffer to the point of not being viewable over chrome cast. YouTube works fine while streaming.

great app but a tone of bugs that needs fixing the app needs a reworked version for downloading movies and viewing them and it needs the apple tv application for a easier experience viewing them we need more guys fix this app it has potential we need rewind fastforword buttons and a double tap to zoom in feature to keep the movies full screen when vewing them and the downloads need to act like they are downloded fix this app guys please and it needs split view multi tasking so if we want to watch movies with friends we can split the screen to do so please update this app to add these features make it better

Im a long time Vudu user, but Im considering moving to another platform because its darn near impossible to scroll through a movie and land on a specific spot based on the thumbnails. It seems like the scrolling mechanics could be a lot more user-friendly and this app is missing the now-ubiquitous 10-second rewind button. If Im looking for a certain part of a movie or show, or if I miss something and need to go back, Im better off renting it somewhere else.

Cannot download movies from myvudu. It always throws error. Bad and I dont recommend this app. Better try flixster or fandangonow if you have ultraviolet library.

Needs update. Maybe error in downloading to watch offline is a result of the latest IOS update. Downloading movie to watch offline gets to 100% then I get error. Tried multiple times with multiple movies.

This app wants continuous location data to redeem movies, even when not using it, then tells me Im not at my billing address as I sit in my living room. Broken garbage.

I dont know how this has not been fixed. This is one of the largest complaints I see for the Vudu app. And, when reviewing online discussion forums, this for iOS is discussed as terrible. These are movies we own and chose your services to hold them, and it is a poorly executed app.

Ive had this app for years and no real issues, till now. Had to replace phone and iPad( iPhone 7 newest non pro iPad)just over a month ago. Works fine on PS4,Xbox ONE S, blue ray player and smart tv, I dont have the app on my new iPhone. Went in and removed old devices so I wouldnt go over allowed number. I downloaded onto my iPad and almost immediately get the error 3328:898 which simply means the movie will only download so much then stop and give the error. Sometimes even getting to 99% downloaded before error. Up until now I simply, but inconveniently, deleted and reinstalled app and that worked, not now. On VUDUs own forum they have known about this since summer of 2016 as many, many people have same issue. Cant recommend this app till someone there does their job and soon please.
