I have too many problems using this app. Whenever I try to download a movie I own, I get ridiculous error codes such as 0xA3. Nothing I do on my end fixes it.

Trying to download movies I bought for offline play on a road trip and as many, many others have stated the dreaded 0xA3 error is preventing me from nuking my data plan. Please fix, it looks like this has been happening for at least 3 weeks. If I could leave a no star rating I would.

When downloading my first movie it got all the way to 100% and then gave me an error message saying download failed without a reason. Then it failed all subsequent downloads. Deleting app now.

I have issues downloading to device. I get an error. Only workaround I found was to close the vudu app, delete safari history, then re attempt the download again. Its a shame I cant download HD to device. Only stream. This app still needs work. But, nice to have entire collection at my fingertips.

Either get serious about competing with quality apps like amazon video and Netflix or stop wasting our time.

"Problem downloading Download failed (0xA3)" I get that message every time I try downloading anything. Even movies Ive had downloaded before. For a long time.

Im having issues downloading movies for offline viewing while traveling. I keep getting "download failed (OxA3)". I never had this problem in the past. I just recently upgraded to an iPhone 7 Plus. Please fix this. This why I purchase movies from Vudu!

Trash it, I have tried for two hours to make it work and it will not!!!

After repeated problems I came to the App Store to post a review I noticed an update was waiting. After running the update the app is perfect.

The download feature hasnt been working for some time now, so no more movies on the go. The reason I have digital movies is to allow me to watch them anywhere, without having to worry about data usage or connectivity issues. So, the app is no longer useful.

Will not accept password I have stored so I changed it when prompted, had to change it 3 times, finally let me in. When I selected a previously downloaded (on Roku) program it forced me to sign into the app again and would not accept my password. I love VUDU on my Roku but this iPad app is total garbage. Dont waste your evening trying to use this crap, go to Amazon or iTunes and enjoy your evening watching something.

We love this app in our house we use it on the go, at home etc but with the latest update there are more error messages and troubleshooting download movies frequently but before that we loved it, still worth the recommendation, hopefully the bugs are fixed soon!

This app used to be moderately useful for watching movies on road trips, but Im no longer able to download purchased movies to ANY device. This has worked well in the past, but now every single download attempt gives error messages. This app has become borderline useless to me.

Cant log in at all, cannot access movies

There is no option to download in HDX quality. SD looks horrible.

Trying to do Disc to Digital conversions and the app keeps saying there are "Network Problems". There are no network problems. For the discs that I could scan, they wont show up in a list until you successfully scan another disc. And when you cant successfully scan any more discs, you can convert your list. Stupid design. This used to be my go to app for watching digital movies. However I had to reset my iPad which required redownloading the app. When I went to download the same movies I had downloaded from before I consistently get a download failed message with 0xA3 codes. Needs fixed and then it would be 5 stars again.

I see Im not the only user having difficulty with offline viewing. Time to fix this developer! The application will not load unless you are connected to Wifi which kind of defeats the purpose!

Wish there was a way to hide/remove stuff off my vudu library

I was actually confused as to why the rating was so low on the app....... That was until I opened it myself. Oh no, thats not the bad part. Seemingly it looks like Vudu...(it Should). Shows you titles, free selection, popular, so on and so on. The catch is wanting to get/purchase a new movie. "How do I watch this?" In place of where the normal purchase tabs would be. "Vudu content cannot be purchased in app". What? Wait... Huh? Well ok, guess Ill watch my already owned movies. YEP! Right here on my iPad mini because theres No AirPlay support/functionality...??? Seriously? 2 stars because I guess its still good for those on the go needs. Get it together, Vudu. **Update to 1 star** (so maybe Down-date??) Anyways, so Im in my email, of course I come across my normal Vudu emails I receive. Skimming through it to see "whats new". Oh wow, whats this? Disc to Digital? On nice, now I can really have all my movies on the go. Especially the ones Ive purchased from Walmart. Now mind you, after my last review on the app, I deleted it. Long story short, download, see new use in it. "Convert your first disc for free". Waaaaaait, free? Like I have to pay to convert movies I already have?? This is already starting off bad. But I keep going to see how well this works. 1st disc, not able to convert. Mind you, its still sealed in Walmart plastic. 2nd, disc not... 3rd, disc not... Get to a disc that Actually works, and(?!) "Your location does not match your billing address." You must be at your billing address to convert.............. Like............. Just.. No.
