Never got free disc to digital. Never received any help from reps. Deleted app, what a waste of time.

I have had the vudu app for a while. works on most of my devices but just recently stopped working on my Samsung smart tv and since I cant access it on my tv.. Says video player stopped working.. really! I had no idea that it stopped working when it wouldnt playback my movies. Fix this issue vudu

I appreciate the HDX upgrade VERY much. I hope my new UHD The Mummy collection gets upgraded to full UHD, however I assume it is simply not available on VUDU yet. As for now the HDX will do as I do not have anything to display it on anyway. The video plays smoothly and looks fantastic! Pat yourselves on the back for this one. I have not tried downloading any vids as I see others commenting there being problems. Either way, the VUDU feature from Walmart is top notch. Buy movie. Scan receipt. Within seconds the video is available. I hope the UHDs become available, but overall this keeps me buying movies from Walmart and using VUDU as my primary on ipad. (To this day I have been unable to stream any of my movies from itunes on the ipad...ironic, isnt it?) Love the video improvements!

App isnt as good as the TiVo app. The details page doesnt tell you if its a rental or purchase. We watch a lot of Vudu movies and this is my biggest gripe about the app.

I have a brand new phone, nothing wrong with my phone. I try to download some purchased movies and it fails every time.

This app would be fabulous IF it would work. Every once in awhile I can get a movie to download but mostly it gives me download failed and error code 3328:898. Vudu customer "support" has known about this forever now and has done nothing. VERY disappointing that I cant download movies I PURCHASED onto my iPad to watch them on trips. Terrible service Vudu!

we need apple tv so we can watch the movies and tv shows on apple tv because this is very frustrating having multiple devices amazon is comming to apple tv also needs a double tap to zoom in button for full screen and wide screen movies and tv shows becouse watching them in wide screen stinks at least let us double tap to zoom in and needs rewind and fastforword buttons so we when were watching movies we can rewind and fast forward fix this app also it need major fixing

Horrible!!! Cannot download movies on IOS. One of the main reasons I chose Vudu over other streaming services was this option! Now it doesn't work. I've purchased and rented thousands of $ worth of movies, but will be switching to something else unless this is fixed fast!! From what I'm reading though... this has been going on for well over 8 months, so it's obviously not gonna happen. Could be an Apple thing, (likely) Very irritating!!!

Keep getting "Movie Unavailable". Why did I spend money on this if I cant watch anything ?!?!!

I have purchased over 20 movies and gotten the digital copies through this app. Apparently the newer Samsung Tvs do not work well with the app. I am sick that I put all my digital copies in one place and cannot watch them. Choose a different app if you want access!!!

Every time I try to submit a movie to be put on my vudu it says transaction cant be completed. If youre gonna offer this service atleast make it operational. Im trying to use my free disc to digital while it lasts but its not working

Cant purchase and download from the app. What a waste.

I really love using this app to watch my digital movies on my iPhone and on my TV and my Roku. However lately Ive been having issues downloading my movies onto my iPhone so I can watch them online, every time I try to download a movie, it almost immediately says "download failed (0xA3)". Is this a problem that can be fixed on the recent versions of iPhone?

This app/website is garbage. Vudu has scammed me out of digital movies which I tried to redeem and then tried to charge me to view them. Their customer support basically said "too bad!" And would not work with me. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE VUDU

I love vudu online I watch it all the time. The one major problem I am having is when I need to download a movie for on the road. When I click the download it says "download failed error code 0xA3". It is every movie not just the newer titles.

Been scanning hundreds of DVD barcodes for my free disc to digital and all of them are unavailable!!!

Seriously, if the whole point of Vudu is to purchase movies for watching, but you dont allow purchases within the app, then whats the point? If "Apples fees for in-app purchases make it economically unfeasible to do so," then perhaps you should find a workaround that isnt a hassle for your customers.

Love VUDU. Hate this app. I try to download movie. Says downloads & 100% and then it says failed I the movie. Fix your App!

I downloaded vudu to redeem a digital copy of a movie I purchased from Walmart. When I downloaded vudu the app wants me to purchase a movie that is supposedly free. Also customer support is a joke!!!

They used to be a digital locker for movies you purchase now they are trying to be crackle. Its sad, I no longer buy movies through vudu, the free to watch movies are a slap in the face when you have already purchased over 100 movies. I dont mind that you cant purchase movies through the iPad but I hate that you cant download movies that you have purchased in HDX even on an iPad Pro for offline viewing, so all of "MY" movies are inaccessible without wifi. Another disappointment. There customer service is unwilling to help with anything useful. Vudu made me go back to bluray.
