Was best thing ever when busy first came out was buying all my movies at Walmart and putting them online watching them when flying or downloading them for long car rides and then they add this scan disc to digital crap and payment and all this stupid stuff cant even download my movies anymore for any reason will not be buying anymore movies from Walmart or vudu extremely displeased.

Works well with all my movies etc.

Right off the bat, the lack of ability to rent movies through the app. I guess its because Apple takes a cut? I dont know, buts stopped me from impulsively renting movies from them, so my money ends up elsewhere. So thanks for helping me not spend money? Also, almost all my other apps can save my login info and/or let me log in with a fingerprint*. Not this app. And due to the first issue I listed, I dont use it enough to remember my password and I just cant be bothered to keep resetting it for this half-assed media player. *This may be a function now, but I dont care enough to reset my password again to find out.

Ive been trying to sign up sign in anything but it wont let me. Ive created three different accounts changed the password and everything but it just doesnt work! So annoying!

This app wont update and it wont let me delete and try downloading again. Definitely something is wrong with the most recent update.

Downloaded only cause it was the only one listed for a movie purchase. changed password mulitple times and still will not load and is just crap. Dont download this waste of a program and just enjoy your movies at home and remember you could have enjoyed on the go if they would only used a better and more reliable company for digital down loads like Apple or Google Play.

Wont even launch. Deleted and reinstalled still doesnt work.

I think most of the issues are due to Apple tampering!! I switched over to VUDU when Apple tampered with their back dnd Apple TV software and my PERFECTLY GOOD 1st Generation APPLE TV no longer WORKS!! Shame on you Parochial Apple!! STOP TAMPERING WITH COMPETITORS SOFTWARE!!!

Installed app to rent movies for flights. Couldnt get them to download onto device for some reason. No response from company. Later I downloaded them onto another device but never watched them. Tried it steam them but got error that I cant watch them because I need to delete them from device. Did that. Still cant watch them. Waste of money. Comp at absolutely will not respond to inquiries. FIND YOURSELF A BETTER PRODUCT IF YOU INTEND TO STREAM OR DOWNLOAD RENTED VIDEOS.

Does not allow me to convert in my iPhone or galaxy - same error on both. It states I am not at home even though map apps show I am at home. Airplay fails often. Disappointed in WalMart for app quality.

VUDU advertises one can download movies to iOS devices, but its false. Used to be able to a year ago. Many updates later it never fixes this problem. Maybe VUDU should read their own reviews or only promote which devices you can download to. Its gotten so bad, you cant even stream a movie. Claims network error, yet my network miraculously works for every other app I have! Dont know what changed but VUDU is definitely NOT compatible with iPad.

I wish i could post a picture but when im used my iphone 5s to use scan to digital it said i need an ultra violet account. I hit create UV account button in app and I keep getting "error. Try again later." I tried my wifes iphone 6. Same error.

It plays the movies. Plain and simple. Sure its missing some features, but it does play the movies you own.

Password reset does not work. This app constantly logs you out and then doesnt remember your password. But if you reset it STILL doesnt log you in. Waste of time

Not sure why this even exists. iTunes works for everyone else. Issues signing in. Accessing movies. Playing movies. Basically it doesnt work.

I was actually confused as to why the rating was so low on the app....... That was until I opened it myself. Oh no, thats not the bad part. Seemingly it looks like Vudu...(Should). Shows you titles, free selection, popular, so on and on. The catch is wanting to get/purchase a new movie. "How do I watch this?" In place of where the normal purchase tabs would be. "Vudu content cannot be purchased in app". What? Wait... Huh? Well ok, guess Ill watch my already owned movies. YEP! Right here on my iPad mini because theres No AirPlay support/functionality...??? Seriously? 2 stars because I guess its still good for those on the go needs. Get it together, Vudu.

Still?! Whats the issue here? AirPlay isnt enough, a native app for Apple TV is long overdue! Get on it!

Used to be an awesome app, but since about October you cant download movies to watch. Always errors out on the download. Zero customer support. And if they do respond, they just keep asking the same questions over and over and never attempt to resolve the issue, just hope you eventually go away. So dont waste your time and money here until they get a fix. Update: about 3 months and still no fix. Starting to think they just dont put any effort into trying to keep the app current. They really just dont care. They take weeks to respond when you submit an issue. Just really really piss poor functionality and customer service. Luckily Netflix downloads now. Just too the movie library is a waste. Should get a movie refund option for their crap service

Shows all my purchases, plays great on phone, casts seamlessly and airplays fine too, along with download options to playback on those long boring plane rides. Whats not to like!

Love the movies and buying even if its though the web but not having tvOS support is a pain.
