I just bought my kids a Disney movie on here for the 1st time and the amount of times this movie stopped was irritating. I spent 20$ on this movie and receiving less than stellar performance. I hope someone from this app responds or provide me with something to make this experience worth signing up for!

You think you own your digital movies? Think again. I asked to return a movie for a refund, VUDU ignored me, and after 20 days I disputed the charge on my credit card. Instead of removing the movie they suspended my entire account. So now I have no access to any of my digital movies on VUDU. Shameful that Apple allows this in their App Store.

I love this app. But 4:3 content is encoded as 16:9, so the app could benefit from a zoom function to fix windowboxing on iPad.

I have several movies on Vudu and wanted to download one to watch it on the go, but as soon as I hit download, it gave me an error message saying the storage was full (I have a gigabyte of space free) and made it look like it already had the movie downloaded, but wouldnt play it offline. I deleted the app and hope the next update is actually something I can use.

Apparently my ipad2 wont update to the newest version and it wont let me log in anymore.

Purposely breaking/removing functionality with no UI clues for users to self rescue is the mark of terrible product direction. Sure, yeah. Ill use the site now, since the app has an agenda apparently

Cant download in hdx for offline use only standard would give 5 stars if they fix this should have the option to choose

Love it, buy almost all my movies except the ones I get codes that support uv and iTunes such as universal movies. But its imperative that I have support for my Apple TV soon. Would still buy them via the web like I do with iPhone version but having to not airplay would be fantastic.

So pretty much, when the message pops up that you need to be in your billing address, the app is pinpointing your location, which sometimes is off by a few house numbers. You can check yourself by going to your maps and holding down the blue dot until it brings up the approximate location for where you are. Whatever number that says, Go to your settings and go into the payment options and edit your billing address with the same address that your phone thinks you are in. After you do this, the disk to digital feature should work just fine!

When I try to use disc 2 digital, it says I am not currently located at my billing address, even though I am. It doesnt work at all. Also, location services must always be on, even when the app is not in use. This is completely unnecessary.

1. Make it so you can purchase in app. So... annoying... 2. The worst is being kicked off non-stop with the error that someone else started watching the film when NO ONE ELSE IS WATCHING IT!!! Seriously, fix this and the app will be a lot better...

I tried using the disc-to-digital feature, which works fine up until after you "submit" the list. It says to keep an eye for an email, but its been 2 days now and Ive yet to receive that email. Do I just keep waiting??

Downloads no longer function on this version of the app. Worse yet, itll spend time/battery downloading the entire file, only to get to the end and give you "Error 3328:898" and leaving the file inaccessible.

Simply doesnt work as advertised.

After signing up then when I was about the login its says the password was incorrect. Verified my password and still the issue persist.

Absolutely doesnt work as described. Switching back to iTunes for movies from here on out. Wish I could rate zero stars.

Ive spent a few hundred dollars buying movies and etc on Vaduz. However, the movies dont play and a million other issues. Stick to ITunes...

The disc to digital feature is literally broken. I am at home and the app says I am not, customer support just ignores you and is ignoring the issue altogether. Terrible app and service, avoid

Tried logging in with my walmart.com login. The app kept giving me errors. I was able to login from my PC with the same credentials. App seems pretty useless if you cant login.
