Cannot use the app as it tells me I have to be at my billing location when trying to upload a UPC on Disc 2 Digital. Well, Ive confirmed my billing location and still cant use it.

Recently after an update, suddenly I cannot download any of my movies. It downloads and just as it is about to hit 100%, it says "Download Failed 3328:8988". If you cant download movies to watch them offline then this whole app is useless. I sure hope they fix it fast or I am going to have to find another platform for my movie needs....shame because I have over 100 movies in my account right now.

Do not use this app or service. They do a horrible job denoting which movies are preorder and which you can buy. They then run promotions for 2/1 movies, however one of the movies is pre ordered but you dont learn that until youve paid for movie. I sent the an email on January 15, then early April they reply with an auto response saying they are closing my customer service request- WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE. I responded immediately and the rep apologized and refunded my account the $30. At that point I deleted the App off my phone and Roku and left this review. You have been warned.

Removing the ability to buy and rent movies in the app itself was an embarrassingly terrible move.

I used to watch my movies on my TV via chromecast but now is not available anymore. We need some Good "Hombres" to fix this.

Amazing I love the disc to digital feature

Apparently I cant search or filter by resolution to find all the 4K movies either on my iPad or my Roku app. Kind of an issue.

My downloads are constantly failing. Please fix.

Everytime I try to download a movie in my library, it goes through the whole download only to fail. Retrying doesnt resolve it, and I have plenty of space on my 128gb iPhone 7.

This app has one of the worst on the go features Ive ever seen. When youre downloading movies for watching outside of an internet connection, it often stalls out or just doesnt work.

For Disc 2 Digital, you need to allow it to access your location. However instead of it requiring your location "while using", it requires your location "always". And it uses your location 24/7, even when you arent using the app. This is just an example of shoddy programming. Otherwise, it seems to work fine. Just lots of bugs.

Several months back I had some serious issues with this platform but it looks like the tweaks worked and its back on track. The best part of this app by far is the Disc to Digital feature. I can now free up value shelf space at home by converting my discs to digital quickly and fairly cheap! Its not to say its perfect, its not. I have several collector editions or multi-disc sets which will not convert. Ive gotten strange notices at times when I scan but overall Im pleased.

I wish there was a option to redeem the code off of a movie. You have to go online and put in the code why cant it be a option on the app. There ways to purchase a movie from the app. If I already purchased a movie but want to add it to my library it should be just as easy.

The scan disc feature wont work because it doesnt recognize that I am currently at my billing address.

When trying to scan disc to digital it keeps giving me an error saying I am not at my billing location please try again, I looked at my location via iPhone and my phone says I am standing right in the middle of my house. I even doubled checked my billing information and its where I live. This needs to be fixed. Pretty pointless if the app can not detect your location properly.

After purchaing Star Wars Rouge One it would not even play and kept giving me an error

I love this app but please add the ability to redeem the codes in the app...I have to go online to redeem the code, would love to be able to do it from the app as well, thanks!
