First 10 UPC codes I tried said ineligible. Useless.

I tried 7 different movies and its unable it pops up unable read the barcode. I cant covert any discs to digital!!

Wont let me download movies or watch movie without a error code, PLEASE FIX!

Im not sure if its possible to have a more piece of crap app than this. Tried 20 different movies to covert and it wouldnt recognize a single one. Also, I really hope you bring back the ability to get 50% off when you convert 10 or more movies. That was a big reason why I used your service. I should only have to pay a couple bucks tops for a digital copy of my movie. Ive already paid full price for the physical one so charging more for digital is really going to drive me insane.

You should make these free if we already own the movie on disc. Its really stupid to have to pay for the movie again when we already own it. Its a waste of our hard earned money. Quit being selfish and money hungry and start being more if you already own it, you get a digital copy free when you put the disc in your computer and we register the movie. Needing to pay for a movie again that we already own is why there is piracy and free ripping software that people use to get around that BS.

It now allows HD streaming but still no HD downloads. The HD stream looks great, sounds great. I have a ton of movies. However HD should just be standard no matter what at this point. My movies, I own them in HDX, I should be able to stream, and download in HD. Lets go, they dont even sell SD tablets anymore.

Stupid app doesnt recognize my location even with location services turned on.

This app used to be great but now You cant buy movies thru the app and disc to digital does not work at all.

No time to properly frame the barcode so the capture fails 75% of the time. And on the other 25%, the barcode isnt recognized anyway. Never tested playback. Disc to digital is the only reason I installed this in my phone.

You would think they would actually test this before putting this up. P/c and iPhone do not work!!!

I have used disc to digital on my computer and for the most part it works great. The app however I have been unable to get one barcode to scan. I have Blurays that I would like convert without going to walmart. Not one will scan. What am I missing here? If its user error then okay. But then what am I doing wrong if that is the case? I hope this improves or its getting deleted.

The feature would be awesome if it worked.

Why can I only download movies in standard definition? I should be able to download HDX to my phone if I own it.

I was really excited to hear that I could add my Blu-ray collection to digital. So I tried to use this feature and what a disappointment. The application its full of errors. Waste of time!!

Not being able to purchase in app is incredibly inconvenient. And I love the disc to digital idea, but it doesnt work. Every movie I scan it gives me an error.

Just switched from droid to apple and i find it odd that this app doesnt support in app purchases when it did on droid. Other than that it seems to be the same. The option it pulls up when selecting to watch the movie either in sd (download) or hd streaming is neat.

Way to release something that doesnt even work. Your customer service is appalling.
