I love being able to access all of my movies in one app, but Im starting to experience more and more problems with this app. It crashes all the time on my Samsung TV, I cant download anything on my phone, and the disc to digital feature doesnt even work. Ive tried scanning over 6 movies and keep getting a message that the UPC doesnt exist. Which I know isnt right.

I dont know what quality control was is place when the disc to digital was released but it is absolutely horrible. I find it hard to believe the app cant read any of my UPC codes, regardless of what device I use. Barcode scanning technology goes back to the mid 70s,and my iphone, that can tell me where Jupiter is in the sky,cant seam to read it with this app. Great idea, horrible execution. So sad.

Cannot download any movies.

Im very pleased with this app and love disc to digital!

Every movie I try to scan gives me the message "UPC NOT RECOGNIZED" and some I bought threw Walmart, so far the app stinks.

Disc to Digital from the app doesnt work. It continuously gives an error and doesnt recognize any movies. Great idea but did anyone test this function?

Before even starting to watch a movie, a bunch of probelms are already telling you to stay away from the service.

We USED to get half off of our purchases if we used Disk to Digital if we uploaded 10 or more titles. They removed that discount without notice. I called in and was told that the notice of removal was on their website. It isnt. (Not a happy camper).

Just like my computer experience trying to convert ANY movie to digital, I get nothing but errors. I have tried several titles, barcode is all there, titles are valid, yet still doesnt work in this new feature for the phone app. Pathetic. ??

Ummm...is this bar code scanner supposed to work? All I get is "bar code not recognized as a movie" over and over and over. Two dozen attempts on two dozen different movies. I think Im done.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Ive tried on multiple different devices and iOS and they all tell me my devices arent eligible.

I would give this app 5 stars if the disc to digital worked and I could see in Apple TV.?

Almost impossible to scan barcode. Wont work if location is not same as billing address.

I love this app. I was very excited when they announced disc to digital. The problem is that it wont scan. It scan a couple of titles but after that it wont scan at all. I tried with titles that I know are elegible but the app wont do absolutely nothing once the scanning screen is on.

I wanted to test the new in app Disc to Digital. Doesnt work. I tried with a title that I know should be eligible. "Bar Code Not Recognized" All other features are working better. For those that get the download fail error, close the app completely (fully shut it down in iOS) then reopen. Thats worked for me every time. The movie is still in my downloaded list, the error message has disappeared, and it plays fine.

Disc to digital scan does not work. The app says you have to be at the billing address on file...Im sitting on the couch exactly in the middle of the billing address on file and it refuses to work. Very annoying.

App is great on iPhone. Would be great to access from my Apple TV to watch on the big screen.

Tried to scan many dvds and blue ray movies. Every single time without fail I would get a message that says "this barcode not recognized as a movie. Please try again" even though I was scanning the only barcode on the package. So glad I didnt pay for this garbage.

I am legally blind I use the voice over on my Apple iPhone and this app is not compatible with the voice over on my phone I am very disappointed and upset with the fact that you have not complied with ADA requirements on accessibility on technology was regarding this app I am wanting you to upgrade an update this app to work with the Apple accessibility song I will be continually leaving bad reviews on here until I see a change in this app
