Used to be an awesome app, but since about October you cant download movies to watch. Always errors out on the download. Zero customer support. And if they do respond, they just keep asking the same questions over and over and never attempt to resolve the issue, just hope you eventually go away. So dont waste your time and money here until they get a fix.

My only problem is that when my kids decide they want to watch something that Im watching, it doesnt say anything to them it just boots me off my movie. I dont understand why it would be like that, its silly, really.

It needs a Logout button.

Why wont it load ?!!

Started to watch hacksaw ridge, about 20min to the end screen showed "loading" It than only allowed be to watch it from beginning. Thanks a lot, it was the first try at renting movie, more than likely the last,

Download functionality not working. Starts but continues to fail

The app is great but, it is extremely inconvenient since there is no buy option. It is a hassle to buy in the browser so you can watch in the app.

Please fix the app it keeps showing up black when offline this is really annoying

I tried this out because I got a free download with a blue ray purchase. You cant purchase rentals on the app? Not everyone has a PC anymore. Just makes it kind of a turn off. Oh well. Maybe you guys will get it right someday, for now, one star for lameness.

Constantly logs you out, ask to track you (why would I want to be tracked by a video app?), overall bad design. GUI design is to make you try to buy movies you cant buy on the app. Who came up with that stupid design? Same issues after several months.

Either get serious about competing with quality apps like amazon video and Netflix or stop wasting our time.

Why can we not redeem these offers In-App? And why, if you cant do that, does clicking on the offer not take you to your browser to purchase? I would have bought a movie last night but without a convenient way to do that, I just watched Netflix.

Finally big fixes but still no Apple TV application to watch our movies on the big screen add Apple TV support

@vudu you need to update app on iPad and iPhone to show movies owned that are downloaded to the device from the your movie list. With check mark ✅ or download icon. So when Im looking in my movie list I can see the ones on device without having to click on it to see if downloaded! Would make the app great. Looking forward to update.

International womens day has nothing to do with movies stop putting politics into everything

I purchased two movies hoping to download them and watch for a road trip today. Neither will download! Keep getting error 3328:898

Still no fix to the error "Another device on your account has started playing this movie". This is an error that should be on the top of the list. So annoying when casting to your tv and you are the only one with the account and this error keeps coming up on the tv so you have to disconnect and restart. Its been a known issue since October 2016. Fix it. If not I for one will just start purchasing all digital content through Amazon.

The quality of the app is good, but there is a bug that wont let you get the subtitles turned off.

I use my iPad every day with my son. I can only download half as many movies and only in SD! I own them in HD! I wish I could revert to the previous version. Oh, did I mention it crashes now every time I download a movie too! Update is absolute garbage.
