I loved this app over the summer and used to stream my movies through a Google Chromecast. Now I cant even sign into the app because it says I have a network error and to check my settings, the online site is no more useful as it takes forever to get done thinking and doesnt allow you to do anything except cancel out the action. Really upsetting considering I spend a lot of money on movies just to have the digital copies for traveling. Needs some serious updating and revamping. Hopefully they hear what we have to say and listen.

I downloaded 7 movies to my iPad the day before I traveled. While traveling I tried watching a movie and they wouldnt play. I called customer support and they said delete the app and download the movies again. After deleting the app and re downloading a movie it still didnt play. The reason why I went to digital movies was to watch them while I travel. Unfortunately with this last app update I am not able to use it all.

Seems like the latest update is causing download issues. 100% downloads but the stated error code appears. Not movie specific, app wide issue. Hoping that if more users post this issue, it will be resolved quicker. Thank you. Otherwise your app perform as expected.

The latest update disabled viewing titles in HDX quality on iOS. Only the SD viewing option is available. This is unacceptable. I payed for the HDX version I should be allowed to stream it in full HD on my phone if I want. Dont bother using this app until this issue is resolved.

Hey it would be great if I could just have this app on Apple TV... or at least link it up to easily watch it on my tv. I have lots of movies and just want an easier way to view them.

The worst app.

Stupid app logs me out when I am traveling so I cant login, cant access my downloaded movies, nothing- the newest update marked every movie I downloaded-and own- as rentals and deleted them with no way to recover while I. An airport! It also logs me out every couple minutes!

Dont bother choose another way to redeem ultraviolet digital content for now.

So whats the point?

I used to love this app, but now half the time my movies dont download and, when they do, the audio and video are out of sync. And did I mention that it wont let me download HD copies I already own? Ridiculous, fix this crap already.

The app so terrible it does not allow you to sign in. It persistently says it has a network issue or that the sign in information is incorrect. I do not recommend this app to anyone and it should just be taken down from this App Store.

With the new update I can now watch movies I purchased on my tv. I wish on the next update they would do the same with the television series.

Just downloaded the app and noticed some of my movies are no longer in my movie list. I guess they decide what movies I get to keep and which ones I cant? Ripoff.

Why make me have to use your app instead of letting me download my digital copies to iTunes like most other movie providers. When it was just Ultraviolet I could. If I own the digital copy I should be able to use it how I want!

Cant download Movies without then always failing about 90% and wont repair!!! Fix the App!!!

Have movies purchased & it continues to crash nonstop when casting! Now Im hearing the update you only will stream SD rather than full HDX which Ive paid for from IOS? This has to be considered for law infringement!

App doesnt work to download movies. Support is only canned steps or denial. Terrible app that always fails.

Tried this app for the first time today with B3Gfor .99ea Deal. Wont load the movies I purchased. Goes right to "Rate the Movie" without playing the movie. Guess Im out the money cause it says only have 24 hrs left to watch and it wont play. Tried at least 30 times to play, no dice. Youre supposed to have 30 days until you watch. Support is not there. Lesson learned. Putting a ? on all other new streaming services.

This app was probably absolutely the coolest thing in the world for over a year, then suddenly became a miserable experience for watching movies. Its glitchy, locks up, confuses commands, and generally has become almost useless altogether. I even went out and bought new equipment (router and chrome cast) thinking it was my gear. Despite this change and 60mb internet speed, it got worse. Apparently, theyre "working on it" but if youre considering cutting any cords or looking for a good movie jukebox app - look elsewhere.
