Wouldnt scan any of my disc. Always said they werent available to scan or my address wasnt right. Deleted it. If it doesnt work dont need it

And app wants to be able to use your location at all times, even when you arent using the app, to even try using the scanner. Not impressed. At all.

I downloaded a bunch of movies to be able to watch while I fly. They worked in the flight over to Europe, but then, I could not access them anymore on my iPhone. It asks me to sign in, but says my password is not right. I called my wife back in the states, and she says the password is fine. I get back to the states and I log right in with no problem. When I flew back to Europe, I could no longer log in AGAIN! Seems you should re-write your adverts to show the system only works in the USA, not everywhere in the world.

My shows are no longer playing in HD or allowing airplay after latest update. I can only mirror my phone and air play. AirPlay button is gone. Edit: restarting the phone fixed airplay. My purchased HDX content is still broken and only plays SD now. We need a fix!

When using an iPad, you are told you cant purchase in the app. When you go to the mobile friendly site to sign in with Walmart, you cant. It just takes you back to the previous set of options. Very frustrating.

Trying to do the disk to digital and it didnt seem to recognize my location as my billing address.

Attempted to login, told me my password was incorrect. I reset the password, still refuses to log me in. No point in having the app if you cant use it.

I purchased 3 movies with stickers on them indicating I could add them to my account. As of this moment none appear under the My Movies section. I do not have this problem with movies added to other providers. I am not saying this does not work & I believe the movies were added as the process gave no errors. Also, when I check my account in the app it appears I am using some space. Should the company resolve my issue I will update my review.

I dont write reviews, but for this I will make an exception. When I first downloaded it and started playing a movie it worked fine and I was really happy, but that was short lived. About 15 minutes in it continually disconnected me and said there was an issue playing the movie. Then I thought "ok, you can download things, so Ill just download it", right? Nope. Gets to 100%, then Network Error. Horrendous app, just use Amazon Video.

Do not get involved with the company.

So far I have had no complaints with VUDU and love the fact you can do the scan to digital for movies youve got but dont have the digital version of. Would love it if VUDU added the feature of casting (especially to a Chromecast) to the app so I can cast to my TV without having to rely on another app or device to do so.

OK, I had no issues with this app when I was just using the codes found inside the movie case. And then they came out with the disk to digital feature which I was very excited about. However it doesnt freaking work! Every time I scan a barcode it gives me the same location crap other reviewers have complained about. So I tried the fix - go into settings and change my address to where it says I am instead of where I actually am and it still doesnt work!!! Very frustrating to say the least. Please fix!

My family has been a customer of vudu for about 7 or 8 years no complains the whole time and this phone app is pretty sweet too!

Seriously guys. AppleTV 4 was specifically designed for applications like this. An application this simple should take no time at all to migrate to AppleTV.

Not support either. I logged in once and then it never let me log in again and it wont let me reset password.

I have downloaded the app. I have established an account, but that was months ago. Now I would like to review my payment information. I cannot find out how to view or change my payment information. Cannot find this on the app nor on the main web site. I can find "my account" but that has things in it like options and whether VUDU is linked to some other thing I dont know about, and who I share certain information to. I cannot find anything about payment information;. Also, I started a movie download on my iPad, and there is no download progress indicator. There is no price indicated for that movie, either (Hidden Figures). This is a pretty sad app. I assume it is pretty bad because they mainly want to support Android devices, not iOS. The speed test does not seem to work on an iPad. I get no information from it, but there is a text box saying a Flash movie should be displayed. Flash is not supported on iOS. Another indication that iOS is not well supported. UPDATE: I found the account information. Bought Hidden Figures. Then discovered it cannot be played through Air Play because of "licensing restrictions". Useless. I will discard this useless app and use iTunes, Amazon, and Netflix instead.
