Poor iOS support, poor account management
I have downloaded the app. I have established an account, but that was months ago. Now I would like to review my payment information. I cannot find out how to view or change my payment information. Cannot find this on the app nor on the main web site. I can find "my account" but that has things in it like options and whether VUDU is linked to some other thing I dont know about, and who I share certain information to. I cannot find anything about payment information;. Also, I started a movie download on my iPad, and there is no download progress indicator. There is no price indicated for that movie, either (Hidden Figures). This is a pretty sad app. I assume it is pretty bad because they mainly want to support Android devices, not iOS. The speed test does not seem to work on an iPad. I get no information from it, but there is a text box saying a Flash movie should be displayed. Flash is not supported on iOS. Another indication that iOS is not well supported. UPDATE: I found the account information. Bought Hidden Figures. Then discovered it cannot be played through Air Play because of "licensing restrictions". Useless. I will discard this useless app and use iTunes, Amazon, and Netflix instead.
