Account suspended

You think you own your digital movies? Think again. I asked to return a movie for a refund, VUDU ignored me, and after 20 days I disputed the charge on my credit card. Instead of removing the movie they suspended my entire account. So now I have no access to any of my digital movies on VUDU. Shameful that Apple allows this in their App Store.
