Love using VUDU especially in road trips. I turn off data or put in airplane mode to save data and all of my downloaded movies are still available and the app is easy enough to use that my kids know exactly where to go and what to do if they want a movie. Love that AirPlay was finally added as a feature to the app just wish you could make in-app purchases.

Love the vudu service. Most user friendly of them all. Too bad when you download something to watch later, all you get is the audio.

The latest update appears to work well. I would love to see an update where you can fast forward ( 30 sec) or the same in reverse . It is hard to move the cursor .

Get errors downloading content offline. Apparently this is a known problem going in 6 months. Will this ever get fixed?

I cant log in to my account in the app but can online. I wants me to log into app but my online user name and password doesnt work. Useless

Signed into my vudu account after probably close to 2 years since I last used it. I was almost dumbfounded at how antiquated the repertoire of content is. In 2011 and 2012 I remember busy being the spot to get current movies, now a person spends what seems an eternity trying to figure out latest movies that can be easily rented without a million of aged titles in between.

I love Vudu. They have the best movies, the largest selection and the best price. Unfortunately that price might be its downfall. Frequently offline downloads fail. I travel a great deal and would love to take my movies with me. Since the last update in May it is probably 1/4 that I am able to download a movie. My current solution is to buy Vudu, download using Flixster for movies on UV. Please fix.

Was having trouble downloading more than one movie on my iPad. After the first movie downloaded successfully, I would get Download Failed with the 0xA3 error code. Tried deleting and reloading the app. Tried a complete reset of my iPad, including the reset that deletes all data and puts it back to factory configuration. Nothing worked. Called the Vudu help desk, (888)554-VUDU, and was told that this is a known issue with Apple Products only. Supposedly the Vudu app works fine with Android and other operating systems. They werent sure when the update would be coming.

Keep getting the error OxA3. Makes the app much less useful. Another thing the app desperately needs is a 10 second rewind and fast foward button. Next to impossible to adjust that slider with any accuracy.

I cant even download movies I own. I get the same error on both the iPad and iPhone. Absolute trash app.

App does not recognize a known-good email address and password combo that works just fine to log in to their website.

An older version of the Vudu app still works fine on my iPad 2, but the most recent version of the app gets nothing but download errors on the brand new iPad I recently purchased. Super frustrating, since I mostly use the Vudu app for offline watching.

The app wont let me sign in. Always says wrong password or username. Retry or reset password.

Wont let me download my movies on my phone even though I have the space for it. Used to have 20-25 movies downloaded and one day it said "download failed" on all of them and wouldnt let me re download them. Please fix this. This app used to be great and had no problems. The last few months thats all Ive had. Problem after problem.

First, dont put in your CC because you cant remove it! You have to call their customer support 1-888-554-8838 to have it removed. Second, the disc to digital feature is worthless. Out of the 50 or so movies that I have only 1 was eligible to be converted. Kind of pointless. Third, you buy anything via the app. You have to go somewhere else to buy the movie or tv show. Just a dumb service all the way around. Amazon, even Apple much better. Run, dont walk away from this one.

They have removed the ability to download digital codes via the app. Lousy move, Vudu.

I love this app and I love having all my movies on my phone to watch whenever I want. But the last few days for some reason all the movies I had downloaded to my phone became un-downloaded and wont re download and keeps saying download failed. And it send me a notification for ever single one at once and its getting a little annoying now.

Tried streaming movies that were "on demand" for $4.99 only to open app and it claims I can only "buy dvd for 19.99" what kind of backwards marketing is this!? cant believe this is actually considered legitimate
