Does not work with iOS

Was having trouble downloading more than one movie on my iPad. After the first movie downloaded successfully, I would get Download Failed with the 0xA3 error code. Tried deleting and reloading the app. Tried a complete reset of my iPad, including the reset that deletes all data and puts it back to factory configuration. Nothing worked.

Called the Vudu help desk, (888)554-VUDU, and was told that this is a known issue with Apple Products only. Supposedly the Vudu app works fine with Android and other operating systems. They werent sure when the update would be coming.
