I cant trust u

I just bought an episode and was looking forward to watching it tonight but an error notice said it couldnt air. I get that, but why have it and fool ur potential customers with this :(
Its hard to trust any on line companies now. No one to call, or email. It used to be fun and user friendly.
Disappointed with this.
