Plays like an old scratched up DVD

Purchased a newly released movie in HDX. Given I have a brand new Samsung UHD tv I shouldnt have issues streaming anything. Right at the last 10 climatic minutes of this movie it freezes up, skips, and errors out repeatedly. Horrible streaming service, and Ill be purchasing my movies elsewhere in the future.
