Error 0xA3, Download Failed

Cant view movies Ive bought. Preparing for trip, I was hoping to load movies on my iPad. I bought one movie, and downloaded it successfully. All other movies in my library would not download. A useless error code is displayed, which doesnt clear anything up.
I have a request into support, which I hope they can fix before I have to leave.
