Fix Scan to Digital, Please

Please figure out Scan to Digital on the App, its REALLY frustrating to sit here like an IDIOT scanning barcodes at my house and nothing goes through. I checked my account multiple times, address is correct and I checked my location in my phone, I am pinging the proper location. What gives?
