What happened!!????!!

I used to love this app. It did everything I needed when it came to movies and tv shows. Now I cant download anything because I just get an error (whether on wifi or cellular data). Please fix this feature ASAP!!!
It would also be nice if we could purchase movies/tv shows directly from the app vs having to log on the website every time. The app should be a one stop shop.
