Low volume

Watching movies requires me to turn up volume by 50%. Thought there was a setting but cant find it. Contacted tech support and was told to turn up the volume. Its definitely the app because when I watch free movies and the commercial is playing the volume is loud and when the movie starts playing the volume drops.

Also no rewind and fast forward buttons.
