App wont accept correct password

Set up account on website wanted to watch movie on my iPhone 5... Loaded app will not let me log on? Says invalid password. So, changed password on website account... Same error on app. Cant even open the app!... -1
*Update: emailed customer service... Have heard nothing... Get the feeling they are anti Apple...
